Now you are no longer strangers to God and foreigners to heaven, but you are members of God’s very own family, citizen’s of God’s country, and you belong in God’s household with every other Christian.
We have a membership class where all who are interested in membership at GCFIMD will have the opportunity to learn more about what we believe and how to become more involved. The membership portion will take place in our membership class.

He used the apostles and prophets for the foundation. Now he’s using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together. We see it taking shape day after day—a holy temple built by God, all of us built into it, a temple in which God is quite at home.

The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the church. The church is Christ's body, in which He speaks and acts, by which He fills everything with His presence. We believe that the local church is the hope of the world. Becoming a member of GCFI-MD is not only about belonging to a church but discovering how you can make a difference in your world.
